how did we get here

We started in 1999 with a plan considered by some bold: to work at international level for the market in Romania. We demonstrated for 10 years that is possible. We set a standard of quality in web communication, we followed it and the results prove it. We demonstrated that we can reach the top, and above all, to maintain that.

1999
  • Marius Deak established GreenPixel and positioned it under the slogan "results matter".
  • Clients we won: Automondial, Romania at a crossroads Forum, Heba, LexCom gmbH
2000
  • Clients won in November 2000: Tempo Advertising, Crominum, MediaPro, Webmessenger Inc., Jinx Development Inc.
2001
  • GreenPixel wins the first edition of Internetics and becomes web agency of the year.
  • Clients we won: LaFântâna, Best Print, Radio21, Face2Face Models, Datanet Systems Mr.Peter Company
2002
  • GreenPixel is nominated on Internetics podium, and wins the prize for most innovative use of technology.
  • Won new clients: Mobifon / Xnet, Ines Advertising Focus / Publicis, Estuar Foundation
2003
  • International recognition in 2003 by nominating the site Ines Advertising in the Festival of Ideas - Novisad
  • GreenPixel moves to a new location.
  • GreenPixel is sponsoring 3D artist Giuliano for the film project A Hard Life (www.ahardlife.com)
  • GreenPixel is the web agency of the year, at Internetics, for the second time.
  • Department software / CMS of GreenPixel becomes Avandor International (www.avandor.com)
  • Won new clients: Zapp, Romtelecom, the Romanian Bank, Smartree, IP Devel, SNSPA / Business Virtual University (UVA), Siveco, Domenia Credit
2004
  • GreenPixel made web section of Imagoo magazine advertising
  • GreenPixel supports the seminar "Web Communication Where To?" in Internetics seminars on issues of targeting, and effective communication, website strategy .
  • For the third time in four editions, GreenPixel is the web agency of the year in Romania.
  • Romanian Bank receives award for best site.
  • Marius Deak is a member of the jury Webaward 2004 (www.webaward.org)
  • GreenPixel support seminars for young people at InfoEducaţie (www.infoeducatie.ro)
  • Won new clients: the Romanian-American Investment (RAEF), Hit Park, US-South / Incomm, Helvetansa, Brandient
2005
  • GreenPixel taking part at Connex / Mobifon transition to Vodafone Group Plc by performing site Vodafone.ro
  • Jury member for Internetics
  • Customers won in November: BRD, Vodafone, HP, Siveco Romania, Sommering, CB Ellis Reichard, SCOP Computers
2006
  • Attended Internetics. GreenPixel wins 3 prizes in 3 categories of competition.
  • Won new clients: Sanoma Hearst, Tarom, EuropaFM, Magnetique
2007
  • Team GreenPixel exceeds the number of 15 members and decided to move to a bigger office.
    The GreenPixel group of companies has a new company: Next Step Developments - specialized in the development of eCommerce platforms and SaaS systems. Lyceum debut project is a reporting service school whose identity was performed by GreenPixel.
  • Marius Deak is part of the jury at eCommerce Awards.
  • Won new customers: Lyceum, EDI Romania, Scala JWT
2008
  • Marius Deak is part of the jury for the second year at eCommerce Awards and GreenPixel also developed the website of the competition.
  • GreenPixel wins first global client and thus will conduct for the Rompetrol Group: online strategy and website development overall.
  • Won new clients: ING Insurance, eCommerce Awards Gala, Rompetrol Group, UNICEF, Proximity.
2009
  • GreenPixel celebrates 10 years of activity and is positioned as the longest-running online agency in Romania.
  • On this occasion, GreenPixel is preparing the launch of its own projects, such as 1Platform, PayMyBills, etc.
  • Won new clients: Yellow Pages, Project Bucharest, E-Invest Marketing + to follow.
2010
  • Despite the economic crisis, GreenPixel managed to secure its team and revenue by working hard for both existing clients and new clients acquired.
  • New clients: Ursus Breweries (Grolsch, Timisoreana, Stejar, Ciucas), Unilever (Dero), Fabryo (Savana), British American Tobacco (Dunhill, Vogue), Spirit.ro, Distinct Group, etc.
