Preliminary to Vodafone's Online Sales & Marketing department, GreenPixel ensured a fluent workflow during the internal reorganization.
The project's coordiantors were Bianca Dordea from Vodafone and Ioana Proca, Client Service Director at GreenPixel.
GreenPixel involvement in this transition included:
- 3 months temporary transfer of GreenPixel staff at the Vodafone headquarters for the operational tasks necessary until the newly established Online division took them over. Our staff worked as Vodafone employees, receiving tasks and responsibilities directly from the client
- ensuring on-going online presence and website updates
- project management and organization of the requirements made by two departments
- on-going consultancy on the online department organization and on working with the agency
The transition of the online activities and reponsability from the Marketing Communication division to the newly created Online Sales & Marketing division was conducted successfully, given the fact that GreenPixel was the only continuous source of information regarding all the details of the Vodafone online activities which made this transition a slick one.
Although at a first glance seems to be a relatively simple project, the responsibility and trust placed by Vodafone on our agency's shoulders, also the constant flow and pace of demands have made this transition one of the most important projects we have ever developed.
