The main objectives we have identified in the project and for which we proposed clear mechanisms to achieve them are:

  • Customer loyalty which book on www.tarom.ro
  • improving the user experience by integrating different booking platform
  • Increasing the capacity of cross-selling of Tarom Tours tourist services
  • mechanisms for user profiling and prediction
  • increase visibility and site traffic
  • extending Tarom's reach by offering mechanisms of membership
  • Site structure optimization and submission of information in a way relevant to each segment of users in part
  • unification experience / branding TAROM all online interfaces exposed publicly
