Consultancy and strategy for NelsonHall

NelsonHall is a research and consulting company carrying out a series of programs to monitor the market in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) in general and of its various lines in a greater detail.

The need was to maximize the sales of subscriptions and individual reports by transforming the corporate presentation site Nelson-Hall.com in a complex mechanism of content delivery.

It took us long enough to understand the nature of NelsonHall business, value and customer needs, but after a close analysis we could help with the following:

  • design of specific sections having cross-selling effect on various programs.
  • aggregation of several types of user experience (unsubscribed, user, customer, etc..) in order to facilitate the upgrade status.
  • implementing a model similar to freemium models used in the online services industry (SaaS)
  • providing easy methods of information and advice for visitors
  • structuring content to allow 5 Alternative navigation paths and information retrieval.

Mostly, it was a very difficult project due to the specific business of NelsonHall, which had to combine our expertise in communications and marketing, with advanced sales tactics used by the client.
