LaFântâna presence in the market emphasized a major step in developing a new way to consume water and addressed the companies, in particular, giving them a modern and efficient supply option.
In 2001, we wanted to bring more value and functionality through the site that we designed. When developing it we focused on the following objectives:
- facilitate the company - customers interaction
- ensuring orders in a fast and efficient manner
- attract potential customers
- strengthening the corporate image
- positive services perception on the market
- customer loyalty
In this regard, we have identified functions required to achieve a greater degree of utility and interaction:
- My Account - available to logged in visitors, online ordering options, feedback, newsletter;
- Recommend to a friend - inserted into content pages and allowing a user to enter a comment sent to an email address;
- Surveys - displayed a question, response options and the option to see results without voting;
- Administration interface - the company's authorized personnel could update text and images within the site.
