A customer-oriented website, but keeping the formal voice of brand communication.
We worked in 2009 with ING Insurance for the new insurance and pensions website. We wanted to create a site that would exceed current limitations, by developing a clear communication strategy, a site with a user friendly approach where the client can quickly find the information he needs. Furthermore, we have an approach based on interactive tools, organizing information according to user's behaviour and a fresh look, so that we'd be able to bring the target audience closer to the company.
We created a design intended to ease navigation through the site and at the same time, aligned to the standards set by ING Group.
The new site will be online, once the implementation will be completed, starting this fall.
