An appropriate website for a company bringing a fresh approach in the mortgage market.
Following a rebranding process, Romanian-American Mortgage Loan became Domenia Credit, proposing a new image and a different approach to lending process. These were the basis from which we started to communicate online Domenia's new image.
Despite the depersonalization of communication and rigor imposed by financial and banking sector, we have built a personal communication, based on openness and approach to meet the client's needs. Within the project, we provided consulting services - web strategy and information architecture - making it also possible for the client to request a credit line for housing, and one prequalification procedure for loans.

Unlike most Romanian sites in the financial sector, Domenia Credit site put more emphasis on presentation, with a warmer and friendlier graphical interface, in overall accordance with the values, identity and brand promise made to customers.
