The minisite created within vodafone.ro was chosen as a communication tool to increase traffic on MyAccount ecare application.

Simultaneously, a campaign was started to promote the mini-site on vodafone.ro site through banners designed to give hints for Vodafone customer's problems: "Do you want not to wait in line to pay your bill? "Do you know that you can change the MyAccount services anytime you want? ". The banners were leading the users to MyAccount mini-site where the benefits were being presented, as well as wizard flashes explaining what can be achieved by using the new application.

To obtain access to the client's opinions regarding the application, we've created a feedback form. The feedback collected was then used to start the MyAccount's reconstruction project, considering particular issues.
