Scop is a brand that relies on partnership and its power. Therefore the company has expressed the wish to make light by communicating that their dealers and partners benefit of support and consideration.

The company tried to better define areas of business and how they interact, especially for external communication. Communication with dealers and partners (the interactions and how they are regulated in a competitive context), and between the sales channels or between business units represented a priority.

www.scop.ro site was approached as complex communication business to business and business to consumer solution. B2B platform development involved change of CMS's standard properties to integrate data and business processes from back office with key management processes within a single component system.

The process meant implementing several key factors such as:

  • Attributes: sets of attributes related to product groups, the table of attributes consist of predefined characteristics, the data in this table got into an application with additional flags in the process of replication; they were the criteria for automatic insertions within the website tree and outside the subtree's products;
  • Products obtained by replicating with WARP were designated as proprietary CMS - articles; the groups and subgroups obtained by replication with WARP have been integrated as proprietary objects of CMS-domains, CMS wrote the products visible online as html files on the disk;

  • Data Partners: the serving mechanism of the dynamic data towards partners, managing partners with site access ID, username and password replication, adding a new partner from CMS in the site access list.
