eCare platform integration

Here is briefly what this project involved:

• technical analysis of the existing solution and defining the specifications for CMS/ eCare integration

• integration of new SSO platform (single sign-on) with Vodafone portal

• using webservices / ajax type technologies for a unified experience in all the applications

• working on-site in Vodafone offices together with the customer's technical teams and also working together with Amdocs specialists at Green Pixel's headquarters

• graphical interfaces development for all screens of the new eCare platform

• styleguide developing for future development

• translation and copywriting for the application's interface

• specific configuration for Vodafone.ro web servers

• graphical interface for the SSO platform

• web analytics platform implementation within the entire vodafone.ro portal

• unification of the user data collection mechanisms and lead generation

• defining cross-platform test scenarios

• developing product descriptive pages for displaying within eCare and static content integration for displaying within vodafone.ro portal
