Hence the Vodafone visual style change, the internal communication department considered necessary to reflect it aslso in the newsletters sent within the company.
The requirement we got from Vodafone cinsited initially of layout propositions, followed by implementation.
Subsequently, the specifications were changed because the department's employees weren't web wizards and they didn't want to turn to specialists whenever they had to do a communication. Thus, our proposal was to create not only an editable newsletter, but an application that can generate their own newsletters using specific templates.
What we did: We developed a newsletter generator that facilitated the information transfer between departments, in accordance with the brand's online styleguide.
