We managed to find a little time for ourselves and we went as fast as we could to Moeciu, where Doru Panaitescu and his prankish team were waiting for us.
From the moment we reached the snowed up land of Moeciu, the team has already been starting to come together, in an effort to make the cars with summer tires pass over the frozen parts of the road. The first evening was dedicated to our marvelous voices, softened by the aroma of mulled wine and cinnamon, so we ventured to a karaoke contest.
Next morning Mircea and Doru Panaitescu and their team were already sipping their coffee waiting for us to get equipped. With the thicker clothes and the photo cameras we went to a snowy glade where we were divided into teams and competed in various inventive activities and games.
We ran through the up-to-the-knees-snow in search for coins hanging from trees, we mounted and dismantled tents in record time, we assembled patients stretchers from sticks and smocks. The attraction of the day were the paintball guns we used for hunting "the others" in the woods or eliminating snowmen coal eyes. And, although at the end of the day we couldn't feel our frozen legs and hands, we still found the energy to make a costume ball.
In brief, a team-building that has fully achieved its purpose: we all enjoyed it immensely, it helped us come together as a team, and loaded us with energy and inspiration.
