UNICEF was created by the General Assembly of United Nations in 1946. In Romania, it started the activity in 1991.
UNICEF is working with a wide range of partners, including government, non governmental organizations, children and adolescents, other United Nations agencies and donors. The main priorities are to promote children's rights, child health and nutrition, quality education and protecting children from violence, neglect, exploitation and HIV / AIDS.
Collaboration with UNICEF began in 2008, and the relationship resulted in:
- changes to the design and menu structure and pages, providing maintenance services, content updates(Romanian and English) for corporate presentation site of the organization, using RedDot CMS platform http://www.unicef.org/romania
- creating www.unicef-romania.ro website on Avandor CMS platform, launched in May,2009.

On May 22nd we launched the new UNICEF Romania website developed on the Avandor CMS platform, including all necesary tools for a professional communication, as required by high standards in design, branding, web usability.
