In 1998 there was Telemobil but in 2000 it became Zapp. The company evolved from a simple local mobile operator to a major player in integrated telecommunications services market.

Romania based on the most advanced technology (CDMA). Zapp is a company that aims to continuously grow and become more profitable and this approach is based on exceeding customer expectations and an increased interest directed primarily to consumers.
In the fulfillment of the objectives regarding customer satisfaction, the company used the services provided by GreenPixel to develop Zapp HelpDesk. The application was designed to be used by call center operators to identify and respond quickly to issues raised by customers (Decision Support System). The program identified the symptoms and reasons for the encountered problem to issue a final response.
